The conference will focus on preventing the proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) by strengthening the export control system, increasing awareness and understanding of export controls, and fostering international collaboration. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs is organizing the conference.

Representatives from industry associations and customs will also attend the meeting.
