The combined company, headquartered in Copenhagen, will be led by ZeroNorth’s CEO Soren Mayer. With a focus on ship optimization software, the company serves more than 4,500 vessels from 200 companies. The merger will see Alpha Ori Technologies’ expertise in IoT sensors and high-frequency data integrated into ZeroNorth’s capabilities, providing services such as resource management, predictive maintenance, hull performance monitoring, voyage optimization, digitalized bunker operations, and emission reporting.
